Having a mobile-friendly website is necessary, but you’re barely scratching the surface of how people are shopping these days.

When looking at industry averages:

Apps clearly outperform mobile browsers in every category.

When looking at averages – a retail order through an app is $10 higher than using a mobile web browser. This means your customers will spend more money and convert at a higher rate once your app launches which in turn will lead to higher growth.

One of the reason why apps perform stronger than mobile web browsers is in the checkout process. When set up properly, apps will have less clicks through the check out process which leads to higher conversion rates.

If your business sells products online, you can build an app to increase and drive additional sales.
